Under<a href=\"https:\/\/leginfo.legislature.ca.gov\/faces\/codes_displaySection.xhtml?sectionNum=25602.1.&amp;lawCode=BPC\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">&nbsp;California Business and Professions Code Section 25602.1<\/a>, employees at bars, restaurants, or liquor stores may face legal responsibility if they serve alcohol to a visibly inebriated minor, and that minor subsequently causes injury or death.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"dklaw-toc__block align wp-block-dklaw-toc-block\"><div class=\"acf-innerblocks-container\">\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Proving Fault: Four Essential Steps&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>A driver\u2019s intoxication is not an automatic indicator of fault.
