DK Law Announces Fall 2023 Scholarship Winner: Keenan DePaz

DK Law is thrilled to announce our Fall 2023 Scholarship winner. Keenan DePaz, a freshman at the University of California, Irvine, was selected among hundreds of applicants for his outstanding academic achievements and his creative essay submission. 

Keenan’s passion for science and biomedical engineering has earned him many awards and accolades. He was the sole recipient of University City High School’s College, Career & Technical Education Biomed Pathway Award. He also completed a summer internship at Illumina, a top biotechnology company based in San Diego. 

In his essay, he wrote about which items he would place in a time capsule. His thoughtful, creative ideas included DNA samples of various animal species, a collection of letters from around the world, and a GoPro camera. We are confident that Keenan will excel in his studies and make a positive impact on the world.
