Ben McFadden spent years as an insurance defense partner, learning exactly how insurers evaluate a claim. Now he uses that knowledge to fight for people hurt by someone else’s negligence.

Meet Ben McFadden

Ben McFadden earned his B.A. From California State University, Fullerton, and his juris doctorate from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, in 2007, focusing his education on trial advocacy and civil litigation.

Since law school, he has worked primarily for a prominent national insurance defense law firm defending personal injury cases, where he became a partner. Through this process, Ben learned how insurance carriers approach, analyze, and value personal injury cases. In addition to his time working in insurance defense, Ben worked for legal aid, where he defended tenants who could not afford attorneys in eviction cases. He combines his experience in insurance defense and at legal aid to maximize the awards and settlements for his clients.

Ben has successfully litigated and resolved cases involving auto accidents, industrial accidents, premises liability, and slip-and-fall accidents. Outside of the office, Ben enjoys travel, cooking, soccer, baseball, and spending time with family.
