Meet Nausheen Peters

Nausheen Peters earned her law degree from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, and is licensed to practice in California and Nevada. Early in her career, she was selected to the Super Lawyers Rising Stars list. In 2015, she was named to Nevada Business Magazine’s Legal Elite, a peer-selected list recognizing roughly the top 3% of Nevada attorneys.

Nausheen began her career in Los Angeles and later became a partner at a national law firm in Las Vegas. For nearly two decades, she has litigated cases involving personal injury, premises liability, negligent security, and catastrophic injuries. She has tried cases as first chair and helped prepare complex injury cases for trial in both California and Nevada.

Now representing injured people, Nausheen draws on her years of defense experience to anticipate how insurers will challenge a claim and to prepare her clients’ cases accordingly. As a first-generation American, she values the right to bring a case before a jury and hold even powerful defendants accountable. Outside the office, she enjoys cooking and spending time with her husband and two children.
