Where It Started
Daniel Kim always knew he wanted to help people, whether as a doctor or a lawyer. But it wasn’t until law school, when his wife Mina was seriously injured in a car accident, that his mission became clear.
Seeing firsthand how insurance companies take advantage of vulnerable people changed everything. That moment sparked Daniel’s passion for personal injury law, which led him to open his own firm in 2014.
Today, Daniel fights to ensure no one has to face the aftermath of an accident alone. It’s not just his job—it’s personal.

From the Battlefield to the Courtroom
Before becoming a personal injury attorney, Daniel served six years in the U.S. Army Judge Advocate General’s Corps (JAG). His legal assignments placed him in high-risk zones like Baghdad and along the 38th Parallel in Korea.
Twice awarded the Army Commendation Medal for heroism and excellence, Daniel was recognized as one of the top-performing JAG officers in the Asia-Pacific region.
That discipline, courage, and sense of duty now define his work in the courtroom, where he fights with the same intensity for the injured and their families.
