Meet Nick D’Agostino
Nick D’Agostino is a tenacious attorney specializing in helping individuals who have suffered injuries in automobile collisions, dog bite attacks, product liability matters, and slip and fall accidents. He is licensed to practice law in California and Washington.
Nick attended California State University, Fullerton, and then attended the University of San Diego School of Law on a Merit Scholarship. While in law school, Nick served as a law clerk for the Orange County District Attorney and the San Diego City Attorney.
Nick began his legal career as a defense attorney, which gives him a unique understanding of the litigation process. As a defense attorney, he worked with some of the largest insurance carriers in the nation, which gives him valuable insight into how these insurance carriers value personal injury claims.
Nick has been recognized by Super Lawyers as a Rising Star and was named to The National Trial Lawyers Top 40 Under 40. In his spare time, Nick enjoys spending time with his family and friends and playing golf.
